NLSIU Courses

At the UG level, the School offers BA LLB (Hons) with a course duration of five years. LLM and MPP are offered at the PG level. The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, also known as NALSAR University of Law is a National Law University located in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. National Law University Jodhpur, also known as NLU Jodhpur, is one of the top five among 23 NLUs. The University was established in 1999 under the NLUJ Act as sanctioned by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the same year. NLU Jodhpur Courses

At the UG level, the University offers two five-year integrated programmes, namely BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons). BBA LLB (Hons) provides an integrated understanding of the interrelationship of Management Studies and Law, whereas BA LLB (Hons) focuses on Liberalisation and Globalisation. It also offers LLM and MBA programmes in two specialisations each. The duration of LLM is one year, which is divided into two semesters. On the other hand, MBA (Insurance) is a full-time two-year programme, and MBA (Insurance Risk Management) is offered with a duration of one year. The total seat intake of both the UG programmes is 115 students, and LLM has an intake of 80 students. Apart from UG and PG courses, it offers PhD in Law with a minimum duration of three years and a maximum of six. NUJS was established in 1999 by the Bar Council of India, in conjunction with the government of West Bengal. 6. Gujarat National Law University

Gujarat National Law University is one of the NLUs established by the Government of India. It is a public law school which was established under the GNLU Act 2003. The University offers UG programme under five streams, PG programmes over 10 specialisations and PhD programme in Law and Interdisciplinary.

The University holds a great faculty-student ratio of 1:19. 79% of faculty members in the University hold a PhD degree and the average age of faculty members is 38 years. Every year, the University submits approximately 1,000 students and out of them, 44% are women students.

8. NLU Patiala (RGNUL) – Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law is a public law school located in Patiala, Punjab. The school was established by the Punjab Government as a university dedicated to the field of law. The University offers UG, PG and doctorate programmes in the field of Law with over 10 specialisations.
